I highly doubt the sellers will pony up anything for the foundation costs. Or they offer to pay half. And I will not budge. Then I walk.

You mentioned your bid was valid upon a clean inspection, I'd think you could walk without any breach of contract. I havent read the small print so take my words with a grain a salt.

Yea, I will double check with my realtor tomorrow once he gets the home inspection report in. I'm leaning towards just trying to walk if possible when the time comes for renegotiation if it goes that far. I don't feel like dealing with that crap right out of the gate upon takeover of ownership.

We will be getting a quote from a Mason and renegotiating with the sellers. They either cut a check for the full renovation amount needed for the foundation or we walk.

Inspector also brought up a part of the living room ceiling that had a water spot on it and was soft to the touch. So might be dealing with a water issue as well.

So yea.... We shall see. I doubt they will renegotiate much and we will most likely pull out of the deal. They bought the house 6 years ago for 50k and put literally no work into it.

whatever you do, be strong duude.:tiphat:

Got a very lucrative job offer from a friend of mine. Out of the blue for sure. I have no idea what to do.

Foundation issues. RUN AWAY! :gtfo2:

:driving: dropped 20f cruising and after a couple 3rd and 4th gear pulls only got to 210~

The F.I. kit is definitely a 9.5/10. You'll need two 6m 1.0 speed nuts for the bottom core mount and if you flip the top bracket the clip for the sensor on the center post clears. other than that everything was fairly easy

I need to figure out FI exhaust. It has sit kinda wonky from day one no matter how you orientate everything. The diff brace just bumps into the exhaust pipe in one spot. I may grind a small amount of relief in the brace and call it a day but Id really like the exhaust to sit decently. I added 3 washers to exhaust hangar at rear of car and that made the tips sit lower but may be a touch too low now; 2 washers should be good.
