Congrats on the house.

Ditto on what JL said. I'm continually finding things that the previous owner did halfway and having to figure out how to fix it. My suggestion is to paint and replace carpet (if you are going to do either) before you move in. Less stuff to move around and less worries about getting paint where it doesn't belong.

Our plan is to paint, replace, and fix whatever is needed before we move in at all. Less work than having to shift an entire room later on to work on stuff. The upstairs master bedroom needs paint and some cosmetic work. The basement needs a thorough dusting. The kitchen needs a deep clean for sure. The house needs gutters, dry-lock the basement, and a dehumidifier put in place. But other than that, everything looks good. Until we get the report back from the home inspection....

Busted A/C line. Going to try to get it fixed today along with everything else. James, Kevin said yours is up next after he finishes with a G37.

Goodmorning everyone :tiphat:

Did the Stillen G3 rub through the A/C line?

It sure did. The G3 is a hand-me-down from my first Z. I didn't think to grab the little covers Stillen provides for the lines when I was pulling them out :icon14:. You live and you learn.

For all the folks that are thinking they can build a motor for 12k or less my advice would be not to. This 2nd redo is damn expensive. If you are looking to cut corners, don't do it. Keep your money in the bank. This is my last try, if I have an issue this time I am going back to stock. Hence the price for a ride just went up to 100 bucks for 5 min. Jesus H Mary Mother of God.

The MRI has been scheduled on my knee for tomorrow. They called me today. Dr. ask that they get me in quick thank goodness.

Just means I have to do the work on the M3 now. I'll probably do the RTABs when I get home today so I have something to drive tomorrow.

I can get a Bosch starter for the Lexus for $85 on RockAuto

Ok just wondering what would be the next owner of my house would need to replace after my divorce???

Hmmm. I do have lots of stick notes on my walls.
I’ll probably recommend a priest to bless my bed!
