On the closer up photo, you can see part of the intake (red/orange silicone) through the hole. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...e4e6bfe2f8.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...f0383a6bfa.jpg

Wonder if the Nismo bumper might be a tad longer than some others?
I got no clearance problems. :) It has a bunch of extra room if needed as the threads come out the back of the tow bar insert about an inch.

I believe the V1 is longer because I didn't have that issue with my Sport bumper and same tow hook.

Unloading groceries from the peppy grocery-getter we all like to drive, and Mom asked if the exhaust tips will burn your legs.

I said some do, mine probably don't, but I wouldn't check.

For some reason I still put my leg near one of the exhaust tips to see just how hot it was spitting out and managed to hit my leg on it...

Yes it burnt my leg. I have a horseshoe shape of pink skin on my shin that stings like a mother ****** right now

Evening everyone :tiphat:

Hot things hurt. A good lesson to learn early in life. :icon17:

This is why I don't cook. Ah, the life of a college student. I see "READY IN 3 MINUTES" and I'm sold.

The V1 Nismo bumper is longer. That why a had a machine shop make be a longer bolt body.

Should I be at all interested in SoulFunction chassis bracing for a DD? I drive spirited, AutoX with my university's driving club, and rip back roads several times a week. Very attracted to the color (lol), what people have been saying about it, and the sound of having a stiffer ride. Might couple a SF brace or two with Whiteline sway bars (or one or the other)...quick thoughts? I have all stock suspension right now on 19" Rays.

Get a Hotchkis front bar. A good LSD, Better brakes. And finally a mod behind the steering wheel nut.

Great direction, thank you! Curious as to why just the front and not a set of bars? Better brakes...are we talking whole new big brake caliper set ups (i.e StopTech 6 piston) or brake+rotor? Z1 SS Brake lines have been great so far. This will give me some googling content for the night

The rear bar can unsettle the backend on cornering. Probably not a huge deal at autoX speeds but it should help make the rear, predictable.
