I also have a smaller tripp-lite and that has ran for the last ~4 years without issue. If given a choice, I'd take APC any day.

I've actually had good luck with the Cyberpower ones as well (I have several of the 1350s on computers and NASs). But the critical office stuff is pretty much all on APC stuff. In my experience the APC batteries last less time on average, but they are easy to replace for typically 1/3 or less than the cost of a new UPS :twocents:

Walk into the break room at work. Tom is sitting there with his arm in a sling. :icon14: He just got done tearing his bicep muscle off the bone on his left arm. Common injury in this place. :shakes head:

I have found a good storage solution for the pump, rubber blocks and hoses. It's the Stanley STST33031 tool storage cart. It has wheels and a collapsible handle to easily move it around.

It is available through Amazon https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I'm the OP of this thread and have been using the cardboard box that the pump was shipped in for storage for all of these years. Well, it finally started to come apart and I wanted a good solution for storage. This Stanley case works perfect. It holds everything except the stands themselves. Even room to store extra transmission fluid.

As far as disconnecting the pump after the car is up it is not a problem as the mechanical stop is what prevents the lift from going down.
