I had a lady from Ohio call me yesterday about a house here I have for sale on Zillow. She just starts in with “my husband and I will take it...” and then we talk about details for an hour.

Not sure if it will all work out with her, but I laughed because she never asked for a better price and she has never been here to see the house or the area.... talk about an iimpulse buyer..

Good Hand Washing Sunday Morning All. Hope you guys had a good Saturday. Sine the restaurant had an hour wait last night for pick up time :eek: and the Mrs and I were hungry, we moved steak night to last night. Grilled steak and salmon :yum: since we had just gotten back from the food king. Looks to be another gorgeous day here in Austin with a high of 83* sunny and 0% chance of rain. Lifting height is just over 6’
The only thing that goes up & across between the lift is 2 stainless hydraulic lines.
After I finish piddling & getting this one together; I don’t want to think about messing with another garage for a while :ugh2:

It’s a nice sunny day here! 54f right now and perfect spoolin’ weather :rock: taking the z out and then wash and raise up the front end another 3/8”

Went from constant rain and chilly a couple weeks ago, to 90 plus degrees the past few days. Makes for a very lazy bunk. Worked a couple hours yesterday but other than that, havent done anything in about 4 days. :icon14:
