Could be california high cost of living, but a mid level engineer makes between 75 and 150k here. Also depends on what you do. A network engineer will make more than a windows admin. Of course which company you work for is the biggest factor. Several years ago I was offered a job to be the sole IT guy (phones, servers,, network)for a sign company that made signs for large corporations. They were offering me 40k/yr. RIGHT!! That's what I was making starting out as an entry level desktop guy...lol

Yeah, I dry on high heat then iron them. a little starch to make the folds really hold.
