Pulling a few cuts of salmon out of the freezer to put over some charcoal for dinner. Breaded artichoke hearts and a salad for sides I think.

Has anyone here used their VA Home loan?

I was looking at some housing developments. Within the price range of the houses and what I could afford to put down @ 5% interest, the mortgage would be 500 dollars less than what Im paying in rent.

You Americans love your Starbucks for coffee, in the UK we consider Starbucks to be crap, the coffee is too weak!!

Order Cafe Nero beans online or Costa (now owned by Coca Cola - Coke want to take Costa global as it was a UK company and the coffee is so much better) Cafe Nero is best

I’m not dissing Americans. You know how to cook meat better than anyone. Yes French people the Americans know how to cook meat. And my favourite dish comes from Texas....

Or try an individual coffee vendor?

To be fair, if I lived in Grand Rapids I'd riot every chance I got, too. :stirthepot:

Yes, I have. It's no big deal. Just an inspection that needs to be passed by someone authorized to do so.

How do you apply for it? It looks pretty confusing just applying for it.

Im eyeing new houses so inspection should be a breeze.

If you have time, sure. Much appreciated. Apparently they either don't sell it here or it's all sold out.

I'll try if I can't track it down. I like the taste of their espresso roast and not a lot of places offer variety of decaf.

I like their Pikes Peak blend. And as for as chain coffee stores go they have the best dark roast I've found.
