lol mine does too silly

Rather than have to buy a bunch of new drill bits for sds-plus, I was looking to purchase an adapter. Was looking at these two - the difference is a keyless vs keyed chuck on the adapter.

This is what I was thinking. I'm going to unpack the wine immediately regardless. So I'll just leave the box out back as long as I know it's not gonna rain.

We are still working as behavioral health is an essential business. Hell I am going to need some help after the nonsense and drinking only helps so much.

And in the time of my last posting I have another termination to complete in 20 minutes and a HIPAA privacy violation to deal with (another misconduct investigation). Ugg!!!

I hear ya in times like these it is easier to do the work yourself.

LMAO, at least that show is funny. You always have 10% of your workforce that is either stupid, lazy or evil. Some are a combination of those and a few all of them.

I've heard it said that people are usually either Lazy or Industrious; and Smart or Stupid. Ideally, in a business, your best workers are Lazy and Smart - everything they do needs to be done, or they wouldn't bother. Industrious and Smart is also acceptable. The worst combination is Industrious and Stupid, because they are work creators for everyone else! At least lazy stupid people don't do anything at all.

Good lord I have a few of those. Drives me crazy. Got a new batch right now we will be figuring out where they fall.

Let me know if it works, Im pretty curious.

SO that command does run. But it doesn't make any notable changes to the settings of the cloud mailbox. Makes no sense to me. I do have a solution though and should probably make a post about it somewhere online because I very well might be the first person in the world to have done this.

What i did was first disable the on-prem mailbox. I also made sure to ignore any legalholds and set PS to permanently disable just the mailbox.

I then enabled the remote mailbox as well as the remoteroutingaddress for the cloud account.

I then ran get-mailbox commands from both on-prem and Online to do a stare and compare and see what difference were between a working users account and the new remote mailbox account.

I had to make a single change to our default MDM policy for the new remote mailbox.

I then exported a PST of the on-prem disabled mailbox.

Looking in Exchange, I could confirm the mailbox is now pointing towards the cloud and I can confirm from EAC that the mailbox is migrated properly.

I then had to re-add all known SMTP aliases to the Exchange profile and perform a delta sync within AD Connect to get the names to begin appearing for the cloud mailbox.

This allowed for proper mailflow again for the users account.

Went by Austin Z Clinic today. Several 280s in the lot in line for work. One getting a complete A/C overhaul that'll take several days. Then he's out for a few days. So we've planned to coordinate at the end of the month to get my Z in for work first thing in June.

Still need to hash out a bit more on the exact scope - I'm just trying to minimize any duplicate labor costs. But the number of parts I have is really making that difficult lol. Each part is like well while we're in there... might take a little extra work... oh then if we do that we should do this cause it's just a little extra work... and if we do that then this. It's like this crazy Venn diagram of labor costs in my head :icon17: :ugh:
