I messed up my lower back. Cant stand in one place too long. Hauling 2 cans of 20mm dummy rounds (90 lbs/can) from the back of a track every day. Just like in a Bradley, you cant use your knees to lift things.

the constant ruck marches with sh1tty boots and jumping into trenches did me in..

What kind of boots did you wear? We never had to do any serious forced marches. I wore jungle boots exclusively in the field though.

I am a big fan of Autoglym. Their glass polish is great.
