Rather than have to buy a bunch of new drill bits for sds-plus, I was looking to purchase an adapter. Was looking at these two - the difference is a keyless vs keyed chuck on the adapter. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Bosch-1-...-203285118-_-N https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwauke...1370/202905997 I just bought both  Quote:

What i did was first disable the on-prem mailbox. I also made sure to ignore any legalholds and set PS to permanently disable just the mailbox. I then enabled the remote mailbox as well as the remoteroutingaddress for the cloud account. I then ran get-mailbox commands from both on-prem and Online to do a stare and compare and see what difference were between a working users account and the new remote mailbox account. I had to make a single change to our default MDM policy for the new remote mailbox. I then exported a PST of the on-prem disabled mailbox. Looking in Exchange, I could confirm the mailbox is now pointing towards the cloud and I can confirm from EAC that the mailbox is migrated properly. I then had to re-add all known SMTP aliases to the Exchange profile and perform a delta sync within AD Connect to get the names to begin appearing for the cloud mailbox. This allowed for proper mailflow again for the users account. |
Went by Austin Z Clinic today. Several 280s in the lot in line for work. One getting a complete A/C overhaul that'll take several days. Then he's out for a few days. So we've planned to coordinate at the end of the month to get my Z in for work first thing in June.
Still need to hash out a bit more on the exact scope - I'm just trying to minimize any duplicate labor costs. But the number of parts I have is really making that difficult lol. Each part is like well while we're in there... might take a little extra work... oh then if we do that we should do this cause it's just a little extra work... and if we do that then this. It's like this crazy Venn diagram of labor costs in my head :icon17: :ugh: |

The Peter Principle is an observation that the tendency in most organizational hierarchies, such as that of a corporation, is for every employee to rise in the hierarchy through promotion until they reach a level of respective incompetence. The more incompetent you are. The higher you will go. I've seen total azzholes get promoted that should never left their mother's womb. :shakes head: All it takes is, being in the right spot, at the right time, and saying the right thing, to the right person. Plus if you have your head up someone's azz. You can ride their coattails up. :shakes head: |

and since everyone's perspective is different, his "lazy" can be equal to "fcuking hard-working and smart" to us.... :ugh2: |

At least you’d get an insurance check and a great story to tell the grandkids. Busted fan belts safer tho, but the story lacks some edge of your seat drama tho. |
