Losing companions is never easy.

My heart aches for you. My two are moving slower and sleeping more everyday. My pointer falls all the time because of bad hips. It just sucks when you have to say good by to a friend that given you unconditional love their whole life.

I'm really sorry to hear this. It's so tough to lose a pet. Our cat of 18 years was diagnosed with an inoperable, malignant tumor last week. She is so weak and we are essentially providing hospice at this point. This has hit me like a ton of bricks as she was the cat that made me love cats...

Keep your chin up.

We got over an inch last night. Stopped long enough for me to grill hamburgs. Got the coilovers height set up and I might detail the car or take a nap. Not sure which but I am guessing nap will win.

Garage

Garage pics. First is space cleared out. It's hard to capture scale, but the garage is about 30 feet wide, and 20 deep. I don't have pictures of the old setup here, but I tore out 2 aged work benches of dubious construction, and replaced with a large L-shaped bench about 38" tall. It's been raining here and I had to visit the inlaws, so not much progress today. I'm using pressure treated for the legs, standard 2x4's for the framework supporting the "table" and 3/4 plywood for the table surface. Obviously you can't see the lattice work underneath the plywood, but it's robust.

Not organized yet since I don't have dry weather, but hopefully Tuesday.
