I lost 20lbs, and the doc said I don't have to take my blood pressure meds anymore. That's been since 2016. Blood pressure has been good since. Have one of those blood pressure cuffs that monitor. I check my pressure daily. :tup:

It just runs in my family. I'm screwed either way. If 176 is considered heavy, then I am just screwed in general. Haha

How tall?

I'm 6'2". Was 240lbs Now 215~220 lbs. Heaviest was 260 lbs in my youth.

I hear that crap too; I’m nearly 6’6” and 250.0 & they say I’m heavy :icon14:
Heaviest I’ve been was 293 in 2014’ish.....6-months before my first partial knee :wtf2:
