They work amazingly well. I used the laser interceptor for a few years on my 350. It alerts you with an audible alarm and tells you what gun they are using. lets you slow down and then turn it off so they get a reading.

madwi 10-25-2019 10:12 AM

If they ever question it, it is actually a parking aid that tells you with an alarm if you are going to hit the wall of garage or whatever.

It looks pretty straight forward.. I want my sensors to really really blend in though, so I'm gonna take my time with it.. Knock it out on a saturday.

nah. i like it here.

in a good location. got space, 20 min to the city, 20 min to work, 15 min to airport, got good food and beer, got curvy roads.

only downside is winter but i dig snow but i hate cold.

JARblue 10-25-2019 11:10 AM

I need more space. But not like a bigger house. Mine's too big as it is. Give me acreage.

I ran my cables along the passenger side of the bay. You'll have to pull the bumper, engine bay plastics, and the battery, to give you room to work. I cut a hole in the big ole grommet behind the battery, pushed the cables through w a coat hanger, and then sealed the F out of the hole with silicone sealant.

For the rear you'll have to pull out all the interior plastics and center console too.

I've got options in the nearby hill country for sure. Just waiting on the largest Apple campus in the world to open up down the road from me. My house will be centered nicely between it and the existing gigantic Apple campus down the road. Make for good rental income

I am still velocitized from this weekend. I have to make a conscious effort not to be flying 100+ everywhere I go. LOL

Heading home from the first full week of Frankenstein treatments.

All is well still and my whizzer is not yet glowing in the dark... :rofl2:

They need to be forward enough so they dont catch reflections off the body panels. if recessed mounted the IR light tends to reflect back into the jammer head and can cause readings on the laser gun.

any morning that i jump on 79 and have a gap easily 100-140 gets hits after entering the highway lol

GTR one day wasnt even paying attention and hit 160 lol used to the amount of time i stay in the throttle on the Z and obviously they dont translate the same.

Toll 43 between Brownsville and Uniontown. Never see a trooper on it. I've doubled the speed limit there a lot of times. :driving:
