In June of ‘78, I bought myself a brand new T-Bird. It was sort of a present to myself for not yet getting shot by anyone’s husband, I guess... I was kinda wild back then. :p

In '78 I had a Datsun 2000 Roadster. Wish I still had it.

I'm not real sure what happened, the road I was crossing is one way going uphill, and has a tiny bit of a blind spot just before it crests to the road I was on. I had stopped and looked before proceeding, then heard a horn, then felt/heard the impact.

Glad you're alright!

My daughter is in St John's! So you must work near Clakamas? I lived in Hillsboro and Tigard between 90 and 93.

LMAO, I grew up in Barstow and my dad worked at Nebo Marine as a Civil Servant. He worked as a janitor for over 20 years and owned the Marine Corps value system. I tell people I am more Marine than some of those that insisted!

My brother is an Assistant Chief for the fire department for both Nebo and Yermo Marine Bases.

Yep right around there, more towards the Milwaukie area. I live a little more than half an hour south so I get to have fun on the back roads everyday during my commute, before I have to deal with the headache of rush hour traffic.

I got that limited carbon version. Ordered about 3 weeks ago. I got an email right before black Friday saying they were backlogged. No estimated time frame.
