The prior owner. Who, terrifyingly enough, was a general contractor.

**** like these corners, 48"OC 2x6 rafter ties, randomly-spaced (15" to 19" OC) rafters, and a host of other f*ckery are why this has taken a month of near-constant work.

The Helen Keller comment is apt, tho. Based on his mail, which I still get, he died blind of diabetes...

Is it possible to attach some 2x4 in between the joists on the top plate of wall? That should give you a lip to attach OSB to.

Let me bust out my MSpaint skillz real quick...

The ceiling is 18.5" above the top plate. Raised rafter ties, ya know?

Done with my Christmas shopping. Got off at 1pm, and started to run around. Got back home at 8pm. Got stuck in traffic because a semi in front of me decided to catch on fire and burn to the ground. :icon14: Lost over an hour for that deal. :shakes head: Someone ain't getting any Christmas presents.

Came real close on buying a new 338 Lapua Mag, a Schmidt And Bender scope, and silencer.

Thats what I was trying to figure out, if it was level (Ha!) with the top plate or angled up.

Had a great time driving the car today in 38 deg weather. R888r's are not fond of said temps. LOL Note to self, Don't downshift to 5th and big toe it to spool the turbo's while passing and changing lanes. It get's a little wiggly. LOL I always wonder what the folks see and think behind me. I am just having a ball. 75 to 120, Check.... All of 2 seconds.
