Amazing what insulating a roof does.. along with 3000 watts worth of electrically-heated oil-filled radiators.

I took a heat gun to the door lock on the Lexus this morning. I guess warm water would have worked a little quicker :icon17:

Agreed. I have a bedroom over my garage. Even before I put in an insulated door it was night and day compared to every other garage I've ever had available to me.

In Texas winter, without the extra 3000W of heating, my garage is not far off from yours. It bottoms out around 56-58F but most of the time ambient is 63+F :tup:
