I'm just winding down :hello:

Gotta pick up the dog from the kennel at 9 am and then race down south for some disc golf action.

Coffee does sound good right about now...

BettyZ 12-08-2019 12:09 PM

It ain't pretty but it'll do for now. Until Madwi tells me I'm doing it all wrong.

Could be worse - if the roof was some sort of geodesic dome I'd probably have suck-started a shotgun lol.

I'll post photos when done. But tonight's menu to make Susan happy is sous vide delmonico steaks with a side of homemade baked Mac and cheese. The cheeses are parm, Gruyere, and smoked mozzarella. All hand Shredded because cellulose sucks. Using evaporated milk to help retain moisture while baking. And just finished a loaf of rustic herb and cheese bread. Parm cheese with basil and Oregano.

Thanks! A couple times I thought ab killing it with fire, but I have all my tools n stuff still inside. Then I realized the net worth of all my garage belongings is equivalent (maybe) to one drawer of JC's tool cabinet...

You ordering trusses to be delivered for this garage? It would be much easier and quicker than stick building them.

And as high as this is, you could even have the trusses overhang one side by 10 feet or so to make yourself a covered side porch... just say’in... :tiphat:

I do not follow football very closely any more, but I still experience a sense of joy when the Patriots lose.
