Need advise... car salesman

Hello all,

So a few days ago I went to a car dealer here in my town. I’m in the market for a Nissan Titan. I recently started a new job that requires me to travel and my z is not made for road trips. So o went to a car dealer and spoke with a salesman who I’ve dealt with before. After talking him I was short in time and needed to head out of town for a few days. So me and my wife left and we have him our phone numbers and told him to let us know what kind of deal he can give me on a Titan.

So the next day I get a text from the car salesman he said he’s working on my deal, No problem. Here’s where my issue starts!

My wife also gets a text from the car salesman stating he’s working on my deal. She said ok, then he proceeds to ask her for naked pictures of herself.. he said he wanted to see her naked and that he likes to look.

It is literally taking every ounce of strength I have not to go down there and throw him through the glass windows.. what would you do in the case? Just need some advise plz.

If youre hot as fvck, hed ask for your pics too! lol
Seriously, I agree this probably wasnt the first time this happened. File a report not only with the dealership, but BBB, local authorities, yelp, etc...

I'd go to the manager, you'll probably end up with an amazing deal for the Titan.

Lol oh I’ve though about that.. the Titan is a 2017 with 26,000 miles they are asking 35,000 for it. I’d like to get it for about 31k or so.. lol but on the other side I’m madder then he’ll

Report it to the police. The guy definitely does it to other people.

Be sure to report him to the police. Then go down to the dealer and speak with the GM - no one else! Show him the evidence and then try to finagle a good deal on the truck you need. Hopefully the guy gets fired and you get a good deal

After you are done, get a burner phone and spam his phone with a bunch of dìck pics :icon17:

I think that the police, the dealership owner or General Manager and of course this salesman's wife or girlfriend all need to be advised of the situation. The dealership could save allot of money with respect to pain and suffering compensation if you were to go to court so a very substantial discount is their best bet to avoid court and these costs.

This! use it to your advantage! After all is done, then go and beat him up!

Personally I wouldn't give a dime to that dealership.

Unless they sell it at a loss. Then you can go and do burnouts with it in front of the salesmans home with your wife riding shotgun laughing at him.

1) Save all the texts he sent to your wife. Take screen shots of them and send yourself the copies as well just in case.

2) Go down to the dealership and ask to speak to the manager, no owner/general manager of the dealership

3) Tell them how you heard great things about them and that you were about to buy said truck in the photos but was turned off immediately due to one of the sales men.

4) Explain how not only were his sales skills ****, but so are his personal skills, and elaborate how so (show texts)

5) Tell him that you are disgusted by this act and you will be pressing legal charges against the sales man and possibly the dealership because they have neglected this issue

6) You take it from there. . .

Honestly if someone sent my woman a text like that I would snap. . . their necks. Okay maybe not. This is the 21st century, doesn't matter your reason, you lay hands on someone it's assault unless you are defending yourself. These days you hit people where it hurts, their wallets and reputation in the public.

I would get police involved, and put down a heavy lawsuit and never buy anything from that dealership nor give them referrals.

God forbid your kids saw that text, Im sure you would never use that to tighten the screws even further....

I would go to the GM and tell him that I couldn't decide whether to talk to him or the local newspaper or TV station first but decided to give him first chance at a satisfactory resolution.
