Spooled up the new reel with some braided line.....could have been a couple 2-3 sizes smaller :wtf2:
Gonna be like trying to fish with a rope :eek:

I only use braided line on my spinning reels. Baitcasting I use that fluorocarbon.

Back from fishing; I put 11 in the boat, to Dads 1 :eek:
Guess it was finally my turn .
Nothing huge; a couple 2 pounders & the rest from 3/4-1’ish :ugh2:
Had a blast & he did as well :tup:

I'm gearing up to do the same thing, but this year I'm either going to rent a lift or get one of those wand extensions to do the second level. I'm getting too old to be climbing up and down that ladder :icon14:
