I’m up... road trip to FL today. Going down to purchase a house for us to move to when our house here in NC closes on 9/3.

I called the realtor ( :yum: ) about a week ago and asked if she minded us coming down there this weekend and buying a new house from her on Sunday. She of course said, “that will be fine”...
