It would have costed a fortune to ship. There was 46 unopened models. 14 landscaping molds, a clothes basket full of spray paint and ~50 bottles of paint for the airbrush. Not to mention all the glues and paint thinners.

If you recorded from nbcsn, you're just going to have the last hour from yesterday and today's sessions.

So I'm supposed to be hearing back tomorrow about whether I'm getting the other job. I think I'm going to have to decline it though. I'd be losing a 401K benefit, losing a toll road reimbursement benefit ($130 a month) and only getting a 50 cent raise. What say you guys?

Doesn't sound like much of a step up on its face... unless there's a lot more upward mobility that can be achieved with the new vs the old, then it's certainly something to consider. If not, then I wouldn't bother.

Oh yeah that's the other part. I've pretty much been told that as far as a lead position, there's about a 10% chance until someone decides to retire or leave. Most of their employees have been there for at least 10 years, some up to 22 (not counting owners). So.......

A good rule of thumb is don't accept an offer unless they're paying 120% or more than your current work. If this place is, paywise, an annual net loss of $520, and isn't matching your 401K, I'd decline with regrets.
