Really big day for us today... First showing on my house for sale. A couple from Colorado looked it over for an hour and then left to go to lunch... Called me an hour later and offered me 7 big ones in cash for the place. (Oddly enough, they did not even ask for my boat to be included, which was something that I was thinking would happen..)

They came back and we spent 3 hours signing the contract and talking. I saved the $50k in realtors commissions by selling it myself.

My first experience with Zillow, and I guess it works... On the market for only 15 days and sold to the very first couple who visited. ....How hard is that... LOL
