I have a bald face Hornet's nest in an azalea bush by my front porch. Any good ideas on how to deal with them? It is a little bigger than a softball.

After dark. Spray the nest with wasp and hornet spray. The next night, knock it down with a LONG pole. And break it open and spray the chit out of it.

What I normally use for WASP's is brake parts cleaner. It knocks them straight to the ground. No flying afterwards. Are they all in the nest at dark?

Last weekend I used PB Blaster on a nest that had the big Red Wasp with Black wings on back...about 7 or 8 on nest & it was goey inside,after I knocked it down & smashed it :eek:
