Instead of just cutting the threads sticking out. Lets remove the welded nut too.

bunk, what are we going to do with you? You are reminding me of Zoren when he worked on his Z.

Sheared off while torquing down.

Go ahead. The Chief is my neighbor. Lives across the street, 3 houses up. He would be the one to say, ready on the right, ready on the left. FIRE!

Ohhhh CHIT! I missed that bolt. I was trying to look at the thread on the little bolt sticking out. :shakes head:

What's left of the bolt thread out?

52lbs? It's only to be 40 lbs. If you was reading 54 in the manual. The first number is Nm. 54 (5.5, 40) The last number is Lbs.

bunk 05-11-2019 08:57 PM

Nm???? Hmm.. I'll have to check spl instructions again.i soaked it with PB blaster and I'll try to use small needle nose pliers on the little piece of the bolt not sure if I can drill it to extract because where it screw in, it wiggles along with what's left of that bolt

They’re adjustable; you adjust your camber & caster with them...I’ve never installed any ~ You gotta get instructions from a FUCA Professional :ugh2:

Needle nose vise grips would be better.

My SPL instructions doesn't have any torque specs.

I don't have those instructions.

I just double checked the manual.

It's listed as 54 (5.5, 40) for torque spec. N·m (kg-m, ft-lb)

SPL dropped the ball on that one.

bunk 05-11-2019 09:28 PM

I'll be speaking with them on monday.... grrrr
