2nd week of retirement and am staying very busy fixing and painting a few things here to prep the house for sale.

catscan scheduled for this afternoon at work. Talked with a good MD that has a good game plan and says he doesnt think I have anything to worry about. Injections/ therapy and time will bring disc back into proper place and stop pinching the nerve.
