Does your back still bother you? One of the reasons sometimes i rather take my car to the shop. My back still bothers me. I cant stand for extended periods, if I go running, my back will kill me after only a few minutes. Elliptical machines kept me in shape though......many years ago..lol

The car is easy to figure out. It's him. Too impulsive. Doesn't think thing through. Too many unorganized thoughts running through his brain. Looks at things like a shotgun instead of target rifle. Every once in a while. It will flare a little. I do some back exercises. Have a hard time touching my toes. What kills my back is shopping with the wife. Standing around in one spot waiting for her to pick something out. :icon14:

Oh, me too about the shopping thing!!! When shes rummaging through items, my back can only last a minute or.two before I need to sit down. I also cant touch my toes... but that's cuz of my belly :roflpuke2:
