Nice! How big is your lot? Buying a house here is a pipe dream. Maybe if I win the lottery one day...

It's not overly big. .3ish. With the size of the house there is not a whole lot of grass left, but when do kids go outside and play in the yard these days?

Anymore vacant lots BoneZ for EW future wedding plans?

There's another corner lot, but the hill was too steep for my automotive needs.

I bet this house would be super expensive in SoCal.

Brand new, big-ish looking house. Definately. My sister and brother in law sold their house 1.5 years ago. 3bd 1 story house about 1800 sqft, ~30 year old house for over 800k in a relatively good neighborhood. A 2 story house across the street was asking for over a mil.

It would absolutely drive me insane if I lived in Cali., paid rent every month for decades and never built up any equity! For most all Americans the bulk of their wealth is built up through real estate, and in SoCal the government, through regulation and taxation, you are screwed out of acumalation of wealth in this fashion :gtfo2: of there

And the lot is dirt?

We signed on our house beginning of September and it was a bare lot. We closed 2/27. I would plan on 6 months.
