Worked on the brake ducts. Removed the old reducers. Modded the new reducers to fit. Have to get 2 part epoxy tomorrow to hold the pieces together. :tup:

My new jacket is soooo warm though.

On a side note, I only do sirloins and top rounds for about 2 hours at 132f.

I’ve gone as many as 6 hours on a steak. I have yet to find a length of time where it doesn’t get better, but I agree 2 hrs is probably plenty unless it’s a really thick cut.

I still say you’d rake it in; either piddling in your own shop or being the QC/Knowledge Guru at an established shop.
There’s people who will pay to have their vehicles repaired “Right vs. Right Now” :ugh2:
Could pick & choose your own hours,,,just saying :tup:
Hard to find a respectable tech these days & you very much still have it...weather it’s an oem or completely custom job :tiphat:
