I blew my back out in '86. That was 6 weeks of misery. :shakes head: I've been careful ever since.

Strong core does wonders for back health.

I had a strong core back then. 6 pack abs. :shakes head: I have to really watch out on what I do now.

Highly recommend this if you have back issues. Changed my life.

Walking is best exercise for back pain, not laying around. Walking on a pool is great too.

Retail seasons are ridiculous. They're already selling sweaters, jackets, etc here.

Ouch. That's no fun. Definitely worse that what I'm dealing with.

I've actually got a pretty strong core since I've been working out again. I'm sure there's a 6 pack in there somewhere - it's just got a little bit of insulation on top :icon17:

Started work this afternoon @ 1:30 & should be off @ 11pm but these storms keep rolling in one after another!
Not going to complain too much, first 8 hrs. are triple time and everything else is double $$

Homemade chicken parm for dinner. Only took 3 hours to make handmade angel hair.

On a side note, Larson found me on FB. Dude has some bitchin hair.

Well..... I'm not sure I like that cable coming through the floor board. That means I'd have to put the car up and repair the floor.:confused:

Bunk, thanks for checking out that car for me. I sent them a message that I'm going to pass on it. I don't want to have to deal with body repairs on a car that has 3600 miles on it.:eek:

Hey I passed by the Enterprise used car lot in Henderson NV yesterday and there was a 15 plus red Nismo parked on the lot. I didn't stop because the lot was closed and wife. You might want to give them a call.
