Park on level surface & make a plumb line- then measure gap to wheel lips or sidewall.
Be sure wind isn’t blowing; I ran 5mm with my 275’s on base Wheels & near 0* camber.

It's pouring here all day today. I want to see how the scratches will look on the rear bumper after I can clean them up. The car survives 1,200 miles drives without issue, but the ******* wheel guys can't mount tires without causing marks. I just want to go home and sleep.....
