And MB, try to use a program compatibility diagnostic tool. If IT says it doesn't run on W10, they could just trick the program into thinking it's on W7. Ive done it in the past between W7 and XP for outdated certificates.

Then wait 4 months for approval of signed authentic certificate for the state.

Then get 10 references from friends and family plus a designated list of the person the stuff goes to if I die.

Then wait for the sherriffs dept to eat 100 pounds of donuts before they register your finger prints, 1st born, nipple size, and porn history.

Then wait 6 months to 1-1/2 years for judge to approve license

Then have a max of 30 days to find a gun, get the background check, and purchase gun. Otherwise all of your hard work is void.

That's what i was thinking. Or if it will be on a designated workstation. Just dual boot the sucker. Not like 7 and 10 have astronomical differences.

Oh hell, it is a much faster process than that here.
