Got my cel read today. If I'm correct I need a new upstream oxygen sensor? Opinions?

Well had this for dinner tonight to try something different. Needles to say camel burgers are very gamey and have a very different taste than beef. My wife had two bites and I had about 3/4 of the 1/2 lbs burger before I had enough. Lol.

Next up kangaroo burgers.

Maybe. The issue I'd fix first is the one related to fuel. The front "O2 sensor" is really the AFR (air-fuel ratio) sensor. If there is a fuel delivery issue, that will cause the funky readings from bank2 sensor1 and the catalyst below efficiency problems. Engine codes point you to a system or circuit that has issues. It's up to you to figure out what is really causing the problem. If your car is 2009 or 2010, I'd look at fuel pump/fuel pressure regulator first, before diving right onto the O2 sensor. It would suck to spend $$ on a sensor you don't need. :twocents:

Running bets on how much it will be to replace a drivers side powered mirror on a 2009 Ford Focus? hahahahahahaha

Very good advice and I will use it. I did forget to mention an important piece of information: when the TP's were put in we did use an impact and had to cut one the bolts off after the head rounded out. That's the reason I lean towards the o2 sensors. I'm still going to check out other possibilities as you mentioned.

I'll take the Over on whatever you think.

Just went through this with my son's hand-me-down 2004 Toyota Solara. OEM price was $400+. Passenger's side would have been about half that. We found one from a salvage yard for $80 the same color before we got any new after-market prices.

Good luck!

So apparently a $5,000 iMac Pro that just got announced is cheaper than a comparable Windows system. Uhhhhh..... I just built a better system for $2,500....

Anyone know what the cost would be to mail 4 mudguards and two sideskirts, separately. Just a ballpark figure i know its iffy without the zip code.

I'd guess $25 to $30 at the max, thats a box with bubble wrap inside, and the weight of everything..

Apple is such a joke these days.

ScottM 06-05-2017 06:47 PM

People who love Apple LOVE Apple. I think Apple knows it and know they will pay whatever it costs to get the next one...
My wife and daughter are in that group

I agree, but yet I still have my iPhone 6s plus. I'm not an apple fan boy at all. I would never buy any of their other products, way overpriced for what you get. I am tired of everything being the same every year and may jump ship soon.

I do enjoy their phones. I run a 6 plus and it is great. I just dont see any advantage of their laptops and desktops for the large premium you pay.
