Property tax, homeowners association, home warranty, multiple things breaking down all the time (small fortune)...add it all up each year and then deduct it from your "appreciation" then consider an apartment and all that you save not living in a house. Take the savings and invest it... compare what you save and invest to your appreciation. I did a research paper on this in college and your better off in an apartment....of course you have dim wit neighbors and paper thin walls in an apartment with loud music, people arguing, doing it all night, getting drunk ....so it all sucks...:shakes head:

At least there are 100k houses in the first place. Only way you can find something to live in for 100k here is if you can eat, sleep, shower and change in a GTR :D

Madwi honest question: How is your nitrous set-up? dual nozzle or direct port? What kind of shot are you running? Reason I'm asking is because I want to be running nitrous soon

It is the Nitrous Express GTR throttle body kit. It is jetted for 50 at the moment. It has a plate on each side. you can see the solenoids up front and throttle body plates in this pic:

I have used NOS in my previous car (Mustang) and I did like it. The car just sounds more angry when its being used but in a good way. I still couldn't beat my bro's stroker vette with NOS though :(

Had a dink in a crapped out 350z behind me this morning. Riding my arse trying to look cool with his over the top steering wheel hand. Had a cutout in the front bumper for what appeared to be an air intake, but the car looked and sounded bone stock otherwise. Minus the plastishit wheels.

Wonder how many more years Ours will be before they begin to turn the route of riced out Civics like the 350 this morning....
