My co-worker does a lot of side work there, I'll have him look around the employee store. :tiphat:

Did you put that cover panel back on between the bumper cover and rad cradle?

This piece. It raises the bumper cover enough to fill those gaps.

There are adjustments that can be made in the support bars but I wouldn't go there if you don't have to.

I never touched that section. Just the 7 clips in front of it holding the actual bumper in place. Does that panel help align the hood/headlight to be tighter together?

Not directly. The panel slides underneath the bumper cover which raises it up and fills the gap. From the pics you posted it looked by a similar amount, though if that panel is in place then that's not the issue.

Under that panel there are three metal brackets that protrude forward underneath the bumper cover to support it. *note I would try taking the bumper cover off and reinstalling once before adjusting these* if you bend the outer two up just slightly you can raise the cover and make the gaps as small as you'd like. After doing the other two if the gap is t the same in the middle with the hood closed and latched then raise the middle one up just slightly too. Little movements will raise it up more than you'd think so don't go crazy on it.

It doesn't take much for these brackets to get bent out of place. Resting your hand on it with even a little weight is enough. Especially when you've been messing around with the cover.

It sounds like that is for the front of the hood though. My issue is a gap between the side of the headlight and side of the hood. The hood itself is flush with all the panels. Unless I am just not understanding you which could very likely be the case hahahaha

The gap can almost fit a finger inside.

hood struts. :icon17: It needs to be tweaked to sit straight is all. I slightly loosen the nuts holding the hood on and then grab both sides of the hood and get it to line up correctly. I dont dare do that with the hood struts, I might break something or tweak those out of alignment.
