Im smoking a full rack of baby back, a 4 pound top round steak, and a 6 pound pork shoulder. Using apple wood for everything at 225 degrees.
While that's smoking, it's a perfect day to get a haircut, detail the Z, and try my hand at paint fill of some scratches. |

We should have a smoke-off Madwi. Ribs just finished. Just awaiting the pork shoulder so i can shred it. I'm thinking a vinegar based sauce for it. The ribs have sweet baby rays hickory and brown sugar sauce on them.

Currently have wings, kabobs and burgers on the grill it's a gorgeous evening here. Oh and the most important ingredientfir grilling...... Beer :D |
