Chicken, bacon, kalamata olives and cheddar. Some chipotle dipping sauce on the side. :yum: Doesnt look as good as your sammich though.

I am a big fan of a bit of crumbled blue cheese throughout buffalo chicken wraps/quesadillas. :yum:

I'm not usually a blue cheese fan but that is definitely an appropriate use for it. I should probably give it a try. A little Spanish onion too since any chance of escaping that meal with respectable breath is clearly out the window lol
