My neck spasms have come down, thank goodness.. I still get them here and there, but its definitely not as bad as this morning.

Ever seen a chiropractor? Been going to one for 30 years (Went tonight) and have avoided the drugs and surgery that doctors are so willing to force on us. I had a vertabrae pop out of my spine by at least a quarter of an inch when I was bodybuilding years ago. Chiropractor popped it back in and I was fine once the swelling and bruising went away.
I swear by them.

God damn reading all this makes me feel like a child in comparison :icon14: My biggest problem, besides depression, is scoliosis

I started having back and neck issues in my early 20s after being rear-endedin a parking lot.
Get everything popped back into place every month or so and I'm as good as new. ('cept my hair doesn't grow back).

Scoliosis + job requiring contorting inside cars all day = pain all day. I take Ibuprofen like skittles

be careful with that, ibuprofin causes stomach issues.. make sure you take it with lots food.
