I thought about the same thing the other day. I'm in the process of finding a new place. Condos just won't do.

Need a townhouse or house to get a standalone garage. I already have plans. ;)

I'm about to work on my garage floor... torn between epoxy coating and swisstrax

If cost is not a deciding factor, I say both.

If I go with epoxy coating, I would hate to cover it up. I love the look of the 3-step coatings. But I think the swisstrax would look great as well and my floor would always "look" clean.

I live in an apartment complex, but i enjoy seeing other peoples well kept garages, especially if fast cars are inside :yum:

Update on my garage had it painted with red and yellow stripes more to come.
Its a step by step progress.

You can see a bit more of the garage in the reflection off the door :p

Dang, you people have nice garages!! Mine is filled with stuff I don't need. Occasionally my car goes on the lift but it's mostly filled with useless rubbish.
