The battle has been won. CopyTrans software lets me import the videos straight to a networked HDD that now has to be found by stupid apple tv box. :icon17: :stirthepot:

Ahhh even better. windows imports vids straight from ipad to networked drive, itunes now can read the network drive so apple tv can find the network drive. Moment of truth if video shows on apple tv. if not, im throwing families stupid toys away. :stirthepot: :rofl2:


This turned out to be really simple after figuring out apple tv needs itunes to find stuff on network.

Apple is easy to use if u agree to der terms.

Da hard part for pc people is not da part of understanding how to use apple products. it's if da person can accept being bound by boundaries.

Da boundaries which keeps my machines working all da time cause I can't go outside of it in da first place by mistake. Nor does it allow itself from its boundaries. Dat is why dey are so reliable.

Yet limited. But dat is okay for apple users as we aren't computer people.

My wife understands dis cause she is a pc person and I am a mac user.

I have no interest building computers. Computers to me is just a tool. And da prettier and reliable dey are, more fun.

Kinda like a pretty dd. I don't necessarily cherish my apple products. I just use it every day da same dogdamn way and it is reliable. No change rock solid. Datz all I want.

But pc. Fak dey break all da time. I'm doing nothing different.

Dis is why dey piss me off. I don't care to build computers. I just want to use it to do stuff I want and get on with my day. Dey trip me up faks with my work.

Not that mac can't but it's nowhere near as prevelant. They just work and work and work and don't have blue screens of death lol

Plus they network together really easy, which is good cause I don't k ow jack about networking so it links computers, iPads, TVs all that jazz together pretty much automatically.

I haven't bothered to run an anti-virus software on most of my PC machines for several years now. A solid firewall and good browsing habits are all you really need. I keep one PC with decent protection for when I visit the dark underbelly of the interwebs.

I guess 4 am might be a bit early to pull out the electric polesaw ;)
