i'm no doctor but i do have a phd in bullshyitics. it's mostly from eating taco bell and such. the grease and things destroyed your insides. try eating clean for a couple weeks and see if there is a difference. and you'll have to find which oil is best for you.

I have eaten better recently... i gave up sodas years ago.. and made other changes, so we'll see what happens

it will take a little bit for the system to repair. i used to be able to eat pretty much anything and would be fine. then after eating crap for lunch for 8 years i started getting heart burn. now i stay away from greasy food and it's going away.

Every morning when I wake up. My stomach feels horribly off. Either wicked bloated or just hurts. Doesn't matter if I had dinner at 5 or 10 the night before. I've just grown accustomed to it. I usually feel better by noon.
