to start da yr, LGSST dis am. :ugh: just another Sunday to me... honestly, I'm not in a festive mood dis winter. dat company xmas party we had was such a huge event it just drained (or fulfilled) my wife and me for da whole holiday season.. :rofl2:

This is the original farmhouse on our farm and was built in 1898. We are tearing it down in 2018 and building a replica of it -- with modern technology.

It is too cost-prohibitive to bring this one back to habitable condition.

Glad to hear the style will stay. I am not sure about that area but here most of them have amazing dark wood door casings and moulding/baseboards.

I helped a buddy flip a couple old farm houses and like you noted, they can be a nightmare to refurb. and bring up to code.
