Just got home and ordered pizza. Two minutes later they call and ask if I can pick it up instead, apparently three drivers are slammed. Doesn't help the weather turned to **** this evening. Oh well at least I don't need to tip the driver now!

This is the original farmhouse on our farm and was built in 1898. We are tearing it down in 2018 and building a replica of it -- with modern technology.

It is too cost-prohibitive to bring this one back to habitable condition.

Changed the rotors and brake pads. No more shaking!

Glad to hear the style will stay. I am not sure about that area but here most of them have amazing dark wood door casings and moulding/baseboards.

I helped a buddy flip a couple old farm houses and like you noted, they can be a nightmare to refurb. and bring up to code.
