undecided if i want to motor my STI dis am.. cant tell how wet da roads are. dey still salt it down so dont want wet kickup.

too lazy to wash da salt off after da drive plus dont want da car wet inside da garage till next weekend (or longer) cause itll just rust even more..

kenchan 01-22-2017 07:36 AM

folks say no rust problems on modern cars.. but dey talking about rusted out floor boards and insane shitttt from like pre1990's. lol

modern cars still corrode at the arms and other frame and drive train bits as dey are steel. if u dont work on cars u dont see it so u think no rust! but fak u, dere is plenty of rust under carriage from salt kickup.. i hate rust in my face while im working on da car..

kenchan 01-22-2017 07:39 AM

at least on my STI i brushed on some motor oil on the bits so should be okay... :p

but den again if im not like feeling like i REALLY want to go out motoring :excited: , why bother getting it salted up.. i can wait for another weekend. got plenty to do today..

kenchan 01-22-2017 07:39 AM

like LGSST :ugh:

kenchan 01-22-2017 07:41 AM

for dose who are wondering LGSST stands for Lucky GoldStar Stupid Tunes.. aka laundry with pos LG washing machine. yah da $1500 washing machine dat started leaking 6-7months after purchase.

for dose who dont know, LG stands for Lucky Goldstar, da korean company, but wat it really stands for is not Life is Good,
it stands for Large Garbage

:rofl2:

kenchan 01-22-2017 07:44 AM

fak i hate u LG. :gtfo2:

tech couldnt even fix da leak.. den it was post warranty period and i waz screwed. so found another 'solution' to fix k-shitt by putting a diaper tray under da machine. at least da faker wont ruin da floor in my utility room.

kenchan 01-22-2017 07:46 AM

oh yah, forgot to explain da Stupid Tunes part. da faker plays a stupid tune at da end of each cycle.. datz were it got da name LGSST..

kenchan 01-22-2017 07:47 AM

FWIW, my whirlpool W/D and oven have been rock solid. Still has a little chimes when a load is done, but it is not terrible like LG song or the old days. BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!! Shakes the whole house :icon17:

Something just for fun:

yah, da units da the maytag and LG replaced were both whirlpool... dey werent broken, thought id be good to replace before dey break down.

WTF, all new appliances broke..

LG washing machine - faked (leak)
LG dryer - faked (also leaks)
Maytag fridge - faked completely, compressor failure, leaks every faking yr.

i have to deice da clogged drain every faking summer on da maytag. ive done it so many times it only takes me like 30min to do max but still fak..

GE dish washer -faked water leaks from door after opening it
GE deep freezer - faked stopped getting cold. but i fixed it. :p

kenchan 01-22-2017 08:13 AM

modern appliances are such POS!

kenchan 01-22-2017 08:17 AM

and most all of da problems i noted happened within 6-7months from purchase! not even a yr except for the deep freezer. dat broke like exactly when the warranty expired.. lol
