I remember a guy in Utah, I think, that was battling his HOA and they wouldn't let him build a bigger garage so he said FU and built it underground.

I could never live in an HOA neighbourhood. And the fees are the least of the reason.

Yes, this is online. There is a bunch of apartments you can purchase. Your buddies can come over and hang out while you figure out what you want to do. Plus you can get away from the people spawning tanks and attack 'copters. :icon17: The fun part is that you can see other players from your apartment window. Every once and a while a player will crash a plane into the building or go sailing by with a parachute. :rofl2:
