I demoted my old gaming rig to being a media server. I7-920, 8 GB G.skill ripjaw ram. It was stout little machine. Lasted 8 years or so with only one gpu upgrade.
Now the $35 raspberry Pi is the server and old rig is doing nothing, sadly.

lol that's the only game i liked playing. it's somewhat never ending and it was fun at the beginning, but now they messed it up. haven't played in probably 5-6 years

Cheapo Korean 4K monitor is crapping out at work (one side backlighting is going out). Oh well, I only paid $300 for it a couple of years ago. Decided to upgrade the size at expense of some quality - bought a 49" 4K Toshiba TV from Best Buy at lunch today for $300. It is way too big for the desk :icon17:
