Car handled good! For being clueless, I think I did a good job. Had the car up and down in an hr. No shakiness in the steering wheel. Very happy with the result. I'll upload a a photo of the whole car in a bit. Starving right now.

eastwest2300 04-15-2016 06:32 PM

eastwest2300 04-15-2016 06:32 PM

I'll be tinkering with my Z tomorrow bright and early..

eastwest2300 04-15-2016 06:33 PM

You are correct. Fronts came off way easier than the fronts. I had a system in place this time.

True story...

A home a block over was going to make a serious deck for their backyard

In the early morning hours a semi truck delivered many timbers and
planks all of first class redwood :driving:

Before the construction crew arrived for work another semitruck pulled
up and hauled away every board foot of redwood :icon17:

That's a invitation left in the driveway :icon17:

As much as I love real wood decking, I don't think I would want anything but composite planks and posts. So nice.

Tomorrow I think is going to be continue working on the hatch day. I really need to get this crap done. Then maybe start on removing side skirts to install fuji side blades. That install has me nervous though lol.

Sorry buddy. At the GF's for the night. Going through old electronics to toss out in the neighborhood recycling program. She won't let go of a 1997 TV with built in DVD player and a wicked old Dell monitor....... Her mom won't give up a 15ft patch cable because it cost "$30 back in the day"....

That darn redwood  is expensive :iagree:

We went to a local bay area home and garden show recently

The new composite materials looked much better than the real redwood :icon17:

Looking forward in seeing the deck Mr Scott
