I have not had a doughnut in a few months. I think i shall get some on the way into work tomorrow. All of us took and passed our bi-anual physical tests so i think its time to celebrate with a dozen fat pills.

I am so pooped from waking up early this am to work out, get my chit ready for work, drive for two hrs to pick up the car, browse the inter webs before i taught, teach for 4 hrs, then walk the dog for 20 mins. Ugh
