Key when using the hand spring compressors, don't use an impact gun. That's how the jump off and people Loose stuff they can't get back.

You imply I have a compressor and impact gun. haha

You never know. I helped a friend with his G8 a few weeks ago and we used the impact gun on one. When taking it off thankfully there want that much tension on there and one side popped off and the other side slipped too. No one was hurt but it was slightly scary.

Sh1t the easiest way it the wall mounted strut compressors. You can do one strut in 10 mins.
