Just finished eating at Wildwood BBQ in Hadley MA. Amazing BBQ. I had brisket tips. The taste of smoke was amazing. The house pickles were thick and crunchy with a soft taste of lemon and dill pickling. Cole slaw was fresh and very light. Also got an order of smoked wings. While the wings were tasty, the blue cheese it came with tasted like heaven. Still not exactly sure, but if was whipped blue cheese with dill, lemon, and some other ingredients. We about died.
