For that price, you might as well just get a Surface Pro. The CPU is decent, but will bottleneck on higher end tasks. The GPU is junk. Especially with 2gb ddr5 ram.

What about a mini itx desktop and a vesa mounted monitor? Something like this:

For the software the min reqs. for the video card is like a gforce 840 or something like that. That mini-itx could work I would just need to get video goggles to be more comfortable, but can double as FPV goggles for my drone. :tup:

I r confused. You need a laptop for out in the field? Just for general use at home? I'm having deja vu about this subject haha.
