the company i work for pays 50% of the vending machine prices. so a monster only costs me $1 :D

i was, but haven't been in a bout a week. plus now i have a cyst looking thing i have to get cut out and get stitched up, so i probably won't be back for another week. but i was making progress and my shoulder was holding up somewhat

My back has gone out a few times over the last few years. I have incorporated
allot of stretching over the last two years before starting my day :tup:

Its best to just rest and let time takes its course :tup:

If no improvement over the next few days x ray time to be safe :tup:

yah, the pain gets worse when i keep still.. like sitting at the office. ive been stretching and moving around as much as possible today.

funny how i had no issue while lifting my wheels and stuff, but when i went to pick up my little air pump... :eekdance:

my kids were kinda surprised to see dad broken. especially by a little air pump. :icon17: hahaha.

Rest and time again till recovered... Mild stretching once the pain is eliminated or gone to be safe a disc in your back was not damaged :eek:

its not the weight of the object its how we bend at a certain angle that can cause havoc on our spines :tup:

thanks. i dont think it's my disc, it's a pulled muscle around my tail bone area. :ugh: :D

I'm in for a new 2017 Camaro next year a 1 le factory light weight :tup:

It will be White and have 455 hp :tup:

Still will be campaigning my 2010 Nismo for the next 4 years. After last
years complete makeover including new front Nismo bumper and repainting
of the entire front clip and installed a new front windshield. The added
2015 Nismo headlights look great :tup:
